Delivered across India within 6–7 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, weather, or courier delays.
Shipping Charges
- Orders ₹2999 and above: Free shipping.
- Orders below ₹2999: Shipping charges calculated based on your pincode at checkout.
- COD orders may carry an additional ₹49 COD handling fee depending on pincode.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours on business days.
- Orders placed after 3 PM IST or on weekends/holidays are dispatched the next business day.
- You will receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking link once dispatched.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment directly on the courier partner's website. For help, contact us at hello@poffy.in.
Failed Delivery
If delivery is attempted and fails (wrong address, recipient unavailable), the courier will attempt re-delivery. After 2 failed attempts, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges will apply.
International Shipping
We currently ship only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
